Mandy Langford has been a trial lawyer since 2006. She has also assisted in numerous cases before State regulatory boards and judges throughout Tennessee. The primary focus of her practice is medical malpractice and corporate business litigation. Her practice focuses on the representation of professionals in negligence cases and business and corporate litigation throughout Tennessee. Ms. Langford has represented clients in a variety of cases, including wrongful death, personal injury, nursing home negligence, business disputes and covenants not to compete.
Ms. Langford is admitted to practice before all state, trial and appellate courts in the State of Tennessee, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee and the Tennessee Supreme Court. She was born in Avon Park, Florida, and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Mass Communications from the University of Florida in 2002. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree, cum laude, in 2005 from the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. While in law school, she was an active member of the Board of Advocates and competed in various mock trial tournaments throughout the United States. After graduating from law school Ms. Langford moved to Nashville and joined Todd, Floyd & Hammet as an associate. Ms. Langford is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Nashville Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. She is also an active member of the Nashville Area Junior Chamber of Commerce.
